Cancellation Policy

At Silk Dream, we understand that unforeseen changes may occur. If you need to cancel an order, please see the terms below.

Cancellation Deadline and Procedure

  • Cancellation deadline : You can cancel your order within 2 hours after validation of the purchase. After this period, the order will be processed and can no longer be canceled.
  • How to cancel? : Send an email to support@thesilkdream.com by mentioning your order number and the reason for your cancellation. We will notify you if your request has been accepted.

Cancellation After Shipping

An order that has already been shipped can no longer be canceled. However, you can request a return after receiving the product. Check out our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.

Refunds in the Event of Cancellation

If your cancellation is validated:

  • Reimbursement method : The refund will be made via the payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing time : Reimbursement may take up to 10 working days, depending on the deadlines of your bank or payment provider.

Non-Cancellable Products

Some orders cannot be canceled, including:

  • Personalized or tailor-made products : Once ordered, these items are neither cancelable nor refundable.

Order Modification

If you wish to modify a detail of your order (size, color, etc.), contact us within 2 hours after your purchase. We will do our best to satisfy your request, but this will depend on the processing status of your order.
