Coverage and Delivery Cost
We currently deliver worldwide. All orders receive free shipping to provide you with an easy and convenient shopping experience.
Delivery Times
- Order processing : 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Saturday)
- Estimated delivery time : 4 to 10 working days
- Estimated total duration : 5 to 13 working days from order confirmation
Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. (EST) are processed the same day. Those placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of the delivery.
Changing the Delivery Address
If you would like to update your shipping address, please request within 24 hours of your order. Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
Cancellation of Order
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- If the order is already in transit, the returns procedure will need to be followed.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
