Return and Exchange Conditions
Items must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
How to Make a Return
- Contact us: Send an email to support@thesilkdream.com with your order number and a description of the problem (add photos if necessary).
- Validation and Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Return Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service and clearly mark the RA number on the package.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages sent without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
Cancellation of Order
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the returns procedure applies.
Reimbursement Process
The refund is processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return.
It is made via the same payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your bank, the reimbursement time can be up to 10 working days.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
